A core component of the LifeLogics product family, Copernicus is an electronic gateway between a hospital and Organ Procurement Organization (OPO). A core component of the organ transplant system, the solution facilitates real-time referrals and provides the framework to obtain critical donor assessment and suitability data.
Certified by Epic™ — and available using SMART® on FHIR® HL7 Standard or via web form — Copernicus can be up-and-running in just a few hours and the platform is free for hospitals.
The Copernicus solution includes two primary features: electronic referrals and donor chart management. Both are aimed at streamlining the organ donation process and drive improvements in speed and accuracy.
LifeLogics technologies were used in 15k organ and tissue transplants in the U.S. in 2025.
LifeLogics has processed more than 350k automated organ referrals since it launched.
